Attire

Dress the part — most folks do.

Traditional German: Lederhosen, dirndl, or something of your own design.

Camping

Tent, RV, or van camping on the property.

3 PM Trivia
4 PM Stein hold
5 PM Hammerschlagen
6 PM Tug of war
7:30 PM Bonfire is lit — brand your own piece of wood
9 PM Tiki time — continued by those making poor life choices

Food & Drink

Food

Cheese & fruit board: Cheese, cured meat, and fruit, arranged with more care than we usually manage.
Salads: Arugula & strawberry, and a Southwest black bean — for the illusion of balance.
French bread & Brezel: Baked fresh at Schat's Bakery and Brot Box. Carbs are not optional here.
Watermelon & corn: Cut, boiled, and wrapped so you don't have to think about it.
Sauerkraut & sausages: Sausage from Butcher Boy, kraut with strong opinions.
Barrel chicken: Chicken halves, seasoned and slow-smoked in a barrel, because why not.
Strudel & ice cream: Apple strudel from Schat's under homemade salted-scotch vanilla ice cream. Save room; you won't.

Drink

German craft beer: Weihenstephaner or another Munich brewery, depending on what we can get — a Hefeweizen and a lager or Helles. Poured till it runs dry, which so far it never has.
Underberg: A European digestive bitters. Trust the process.
Wine: Local and imported — white, red, and sparkling, for the civilized hour before things get less civilized.
Craft & beer cocktails: Premixed and self-pour. Historically: Mai Tais, Expeditions, Picons, Juleps.
Booze & liquors: Digestives, aperitifs, homemade Schnaps, and a whiskey offering we're quietly proud of.
Non-alcoholic: N/A options plus infused and sparkling water — the responsible path, should you choose it.
